For the marketer or business owner who needs flexible, best-in-class project or content support for your growing team and client portfolio:
Can I be your plus one?
Building a business requires an integrated traditional-digital approach, a knack for brand storytelling and a passion. But passion is a time suck and doesn’t afford room for much else. I’m a tenured marketer who spent the last 14 years championing campaigns with corporate leadership, and now I’m ready to connect directly with your audiences—as an extension of your team.
+ How to Partner
-
Project Management & Client Advisor Support
As a long-time agency leader and client advisor, I rotated between senior account roles leading integrated accounts and managing cross-functional teams from creative, photo/video, media, digital and PR disciplines. I’m recognized as a thoughtful, resourceful, and instinctual client advisor who develops teams and grows client business. Whether your needs are tactical or relational, I have you covered.
-
Integrated Campaign Planning & Management
I spent my career in launch mode. My teams launched brands, products, websites, capital campaigns, recruitment campaigns and strategic partnerships. Following a collaborative planning process (discovery to strategy alignment to plan development) leads to improved integration, more impactful work and stakeholders with pride of ownership. Let’s partner to identify best-fit integrated tactics at every stage of the customer journey.
-
Content Strategy & Writing
Content development is a great privilege. It requires a deep understanding of brand position, audience needs and pain points. Those deep insights are found all over your organization. Good content writers feel their job is quite intimate, because gathering those insights requires the writer to study personas and behaviors. My empathic writing process yields engaging content that addresses challenges and presents solutions.

+ Sarah Bunbury
Sarah took a circuitous route to the public relations and marketing world. She was a LEED-certified project engineer who worked in construction management before realizing that her right brain was calling her to actively use her writing and communication skills. She describes herself as an even balance of both ways of thinking, but she’s glad the right brain won out.
While at HITT Contracting, Inc. she supported build-out projects for Spanx, Deloitte and Marsh McLennan, managing budgets, subcontractors and client communications. She later served as a marketing director for Linda MacArthur Architect and Studio Entourage Architectural Interiors.
Sarah earned a B.S. in Building Construction from Georgia Tech and later earned a Master of Arts in Communication from Georgia State University, earning two Excellence in Research awards. Sarah worked a few jobs while in graduate school, including a stint at Atlanta Magazine as an editorial intern and as a freelance copywriter for Gilt City Atlanta, a division of Gilt Groupe.
She channeled those creative pursuits into her role as an account lead at Jackson Spalding, managing complex marketing challenges and directing teams and resources across the agency. She co-founded the JS Events team and co-led the interdisciplinary automotive and transportation team, which serves a wide range of companies in the automotive, transit, transportation, and mobility industries. Sarah describes herself as a thoughtful and optimistic leader with enthusiasm for whatever tomorrow brings.
Sarah lives in Milton, Georgia with her son, Brooks, baby girl, Blake, and husband, Tom, who works as an aerospace engineer. Her family enjoys cooking together, hiking local trails and cheering on their beloved Yellow Jackets. Sarah’s an intrepid comedy club and concert-goer with more than 400 performances under her belt so far. She says all music genres are represented on the soundtrack of her life.
